SUBJECT / AKSHAT CHV.
I build the thing nobody owns yet.
Founder's office / Operations / Growth / Partnerships / Projects
I take the half-baked idea, put people around it, and ship it.
Hiring, investors, data rooms, and whatever lands on the CEO's desk at 11pm.
Processes, people, vendors, dashboards, P&L. Chaos containment.
Brand, content, GTM, RevOps, paid on Meta, acquisition.
Prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, keeping people useful.
Give me a problem, a goal and enough context to know why it matters. I'll find what's unowned, own it, make it move.
Creative freedom ≠ lack of accountability.
Or just give me the problem.
Side A is what it did. Side B is what it looked like.
Video production couldn't keep up with what marketing needed to ship.
Rebuilt the production engine end to end. Creative for paid on Meta came out of the same pipe.
Output tripled in the first quarter, with the same team. No new headcount.
My own. Building a company from nothing, with my own money first.
Two products, a brand, a user base and the whole operating system underneath it.
That I'm the operator, not the founder. Closing it cleanly was the right call and I'd make it again.
A business growing faster than the machine running it.
Ops for 120 people: vendors, clients, delivery, hiring, dashboards.
Ran ops through ₹24Cr to ₹40Cr ARR and a team that went from 48 to 120.
The founder was still personally doing ops, partnerships and hiring. That had to stop.
The founder's office. Team from 0 to 24, the data room, the partnership pipeline, the podcast and the brand around all of it.
$1.2M Series A plus $150K in grants, 12 YC partnerships closed, 50K+ users. 13 months of it run remotely for a Singapore team.

Different industries. Same job: find what's unowned, own it, make it move.
Four drawers. Most problems need three.
Tell me what is broken, unclear, unfinished or ambitious. I'll probably have opinions.
2pm–11pm IST. Full overlap with US East & Europe.
Available for interesting problems, ambitious teams and occasional creative chaos.
